He is survived by: his wife Roberta Gale Slone Cantrell of Elkhorn City, KY; his sons, Edward Tolbert Cantrell of Elkhorn City, KY and Joey Erwin Cantrell of Elkhorn City, KY; his grandchildren, Neil Cantrell, Brad Cantrell, Angelina Cantrell and Derek Cantrell; and his great grandchildren, Tenneall, Alexis, Briley, Tristan, Landon, Remy, Kylan, Colton, Chandler and Gracelynn.
