She is survived by: her husband Freddie Clevinger of Elkhorn City, KY; her sister Alice Fay Doty of Cumming, GA; her siblings-in-law, Curtis Clevinger (Beverly) and Juanita Murphy of Haysi, VA; her nieces, Melinda Meyer and Lacreta Doty; and her close friends, Teresa Ratliff and Loretta Boyd. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & church friends.
