He is survived by: his father Ruey Mutter; his wife Teffany Potter Mutter; his sons, Anthony Mutter (Sarah) of Blountville, Christopher "Crick" Mutter of Elkhorn City and Josh Taylor of Elkhorn City; his sister Jennie Campbell of Edgewater; and his granddaughter Saylor Mutter.
