He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Jean Roberts Fleming; his parents, Dock Bartley and Alcie Bartley; his son Gregory Dwayne Fleming; his grandson Brady Kyle Bartley; and his siblings, Danny Dwayne Fleming and Della Fern Baker.

He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Marie Bartley (Darrell); his brother Terry Gibson; and his grandchildren, Jacob Darrell Bartley, Caden Reece Bartley and Lucas Bevins.
