He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Moore and Orpha Hogston Moore. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Coleman Moore of Elkhorn City, KY; his sons, John William Moore (Kimberly) of Georgetown, KY and Charles Kevin Moore of Elkhorn City, KY; his siblings, John Scott Moore (Ruth) of Elkhorn City, KY, Lynda Sykes of Elkhorn City, KY and Vicki Adkins of Elkhorn City, KY; and his grandchildren, Lorrie Danielle Moore and Madelyn Grace Moore.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel (112 Elkhorn St, Elkhorn City, KY 41522). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
