He is survived by: his mother Fayetta Meadows Smith of Poor Bottom; his daughter Jami Belcher of Elkhorn City; his siblings, Ray of Elkhorn City, Tim of Elkhorn City, Mike of Elkhorn City, Terry, Sycamore and Gina Coleman of Elkhorn City; his grandchildren, Presley, Jordan Belcher, Dustin and Kaci Wheeler; and his great grandchild Palin Ratliff.
