He is survived by: his parents, Gary Dean Bartley and Laura "Jean" Blair Bartley of Elkhorn City, KY.; his stepson Peyton Ray Ratliff; his brother Jeremy Michael Bartley; and his grandmother Peggy J. Bartley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
