He is survived by: his wife Marlene Rowe Hylton of Elkhorn City, KY; his daughter Amy Denice Stiltner (Bobby Dewaine); his grandson Dalton Kyle Simpson (Sylvia) of Elkhorn City, KY; and his siblings, Grayson Hylton, Jr. (Brenda) of Ashcamp, KY and Helen "Patsy" Smith of Cleveland, OH..
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel (112 Elkhorn St, Elkhorn City, KY 41522). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
