She is survived by: her children, James Eddie Fields (Annetta) of Elkhorn City, KY. and Teresa Branham of Lexington, KY.; her grandchildren, Melanie Fields Horton and Coty Fields; her great grandchildren, Wade Horton and Mia Horton Osborne (Kolt); and her sisters, Patty Cantrell (Cecil) of Columbus, Ohio and Ruby Olson of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
