She is survived by: her grandchildren, Elzie Samuel Blackburn (Patty) of Shelbiana and Andrew Roger Blackburn (Elizabeth) of Paintsville; her great grandchildren, Freddie Crace, Deanna Brown, Jamie Blackburn (Rhonda) and Strossa Blackburn; and her great great grandchildren, Blake Brown, Paige Smith (Jacob), Trey Blackburn (Alyssa), Standa Revis (JW) and Randon Swindall.
