He is survived by : his wife Lisa Ann Hall; his children, James Thacker Jr. of Georgia, Brandon Thacker of Asheville, NC, Christopher Hall , Floyd County my Chasity Scott of Pinsonfork, KY, Shirley Tackett of Pikeville, KY and Crystal Hall of Floyd County, KY.; his sisters, Barbara McCoy of Pikeville, KY, Susie Scott of Pikeville, KY, Nancy Hall of Pikeville, KY, Dorothy Hall of Indiana and Shirley Hall of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Sofia Scott, Joella Scott, Cloe Scott, Kaylee Scott, Austin Scott, Charlotte Saunders, Alydia Hall, Trenton Hall Taralyn Hall, Blaze Hall, Toriana Hall, Shayla Ratliff, Halie Compton, Dylan Compton, Zachary Compton, Destiny Webb, Austin Webb, Justin Webb and Charles Webb; his nieces, Rose Conley of Elkhorn City, KY and Bethany Hall of Chloe, KY.; his close friends, Teddy Sanders and Josh Sanders; and his great-nephew Lucas Conley.
