He is survived by: his wife Dolly Blevins Clevinger; his daughters, Melissa Clevinger and Krystal Clevinger Coleman (Fred); his brothers, James, Donnie, Paul and Norman Clevinger; his grandchildren, Zachary Belcher, Brent Coleman, Olivia Johnson (Trent) and Lucas Coleman; and his great grandchild Parker Johnson.
