She is survived by: her parents, Eva Jo Hylton Price and Jackie Price (Emma); her children, Anthony Cummings, Chris Cummings and Ashley Mullins; her brother Jordan Price; her stepmother Emma Price; and her half-siblings, Jackie Wayne Price, Brandon Price, Tiffany Childers, Stephanie Price, Kim Fleming and Rachel Hamilton. She is also survived by her husband and her parents.
