He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Joseph Woolwine and Betty Jean Castle Woolwine; and his sister Alice Faye Hardin. He is survived by: his close friend Felicia Stanley of Elkhorn City, KY; his son Cecil Joseph Woolwine of Shelbyville, KY; his grandchildren, Christian Woolwine, Britton Woolwine, Leigh Adkins and Matthew Adkins; and his siblings, Steven Douglas Woolwine of Elkhorn City, KY and Teresa Lynn Conley.
