He is survived by: his wife Colene Hall Adkins of Elkhorn City, KY; his children, Todd Adkins of Herndon, VA, Brad King of Chapmanville, WV, Judy Rene Clevinger of Cynthiana, KY, Donetta Anderson of Walton, KY and Katina Lynn Kelly of Pennington Gap, VA; and his sister Helen Thacker of Cowpen, KY.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
