Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Billy Roger Powell of Elkhorn City, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 84, on April 18, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willliam Earl and Ada Alice Potter Powell; and his siblings, Dr. Bobby Powell, Betty Roger and Barbara Powell.

He is survived by: his daughter Che Chee Powell; and his sister Bonnie Mullins of Bean Station. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers make donations to the Elkhorn City Methodist Church.
