She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Carol Owens of Lexington; her brother Larry Blake Clevinger (Sharon) of Lexington; her niece Elizabeth Russell (Anthony); her nephew J. W. Clevinger (Nikki); her great-niece Ava; her great-nephew Hunter Clevinger; her friend Ronda Runyon; and her caregiver Charlotte Chumley.
