He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Clevinger and Eliza Jane Branham Clevinger; and his siblings, Ira Ralph Clevinger and Mildred Kathleen Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Clevinger; his daughters, Lisha K. Clevinger Owens (Dave) of Elkhorn City and Gwena Deean Clevinger Skeens (Dave) of Belcher; his sisters, Betty Lou Hankins of Grundy and Nancy Belcher of Grundy; and his grandson Benjamin David Skeens.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 7:00 AM and on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM. Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel (112 Elkhorn St, Elkhorn City, KY 41522).
