She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelbert Arnett and Alpha Baker Arnett Bartley; her children, Donnie Tackett and Rita Burke; and her brother Kenneth Arnett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandi Kelly of Jenkins and Ashley Combs (Tyler) of Shelby Gap; her brothers, Jerry Arnett of Shelby Gap, J. D. Arnett of Shelby Gap, Andrew Arnett of Cllintwood, Ricky Arnett of Jenkins, James Lee Arnett of Neon, Jackie Bartley of Marshall Branch and Anthony Bartley of Pennsylvania; her half-sisters, Kelsie Potter of Shelby Gap and Gracie Thomas of Jenkins; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Larry Burke, Angel Wright, Stephanie Chernyabskiy, Dillion McFall, Michael Sexton, Emma Burke, David Oaks and Doris Combs.
