He was predeceased by: his sister Natasha Nicole Cantrell. He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Wayne Cantrell of Elkhorn City, KY. and Jennifer Lynn Blankenship Childers of Elkhorn City, KY.; his brothers, Hunter Adlee Childers and Cody Cantrell; and his niece Cara Cantrell.
