She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary "Tiny" Ellen (Turner) and Linville Dee Stevens; and her husband Vencil Dale Prewitt. She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Adkins (James) of Elkfork, KY and Misty Gay (Bucky) of Winchester, KY; her sister Frances Adkins of Elkfork; her stepsisters, Joyce Stevens of Elkfork and Karen Edsell of Huntington Beach, CA.; her grandchildren, Jacob Adkins, Hannah Privett and Kyle Gay; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Aspen and Kenzley.
