He is survived by: his wife Alberta Gilliam Cantrell; his mother Ruby Maye Smith Cantrell; his son Ricky Dwayne Cantrell (Peggy) of Elkfork, KY.; his grandsons, Adams Cantrell (Bethany), Clayton Cantrell and Zachary Cantrell; his siblings, Timothy Cantrell (Virginia), Tamiela Burchett (Charles), Teena Smith (Ricky), Rebecca Holbrook (Ricky), Sheila Osborne (Tim), Schelena Smith (Jackie), Lis Ball (Brent), Anthony Cantrell (Karla), Shawn Cantrell (Johnda) and Michelle Maxie (Randall); his father Roy Cantrell; his great grandchild Adalynn Lillie Grace Cantrell; and his nephew Garrett Dalton Maxie.
