He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Keaton and Addie Ison Keaton; his children, Ricky Keaton and Rhonda Sue Keaton; and his sister Iris Merriett.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Adkins Keaton of Elkfork, Kentucky; his daughter Debbie Vance (Michael) of Dayton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tara Vance, Timothy Vance and Blake Keaton; his great grandchildren, Landon Adkins, Madilynn Coldiron and Easton Coldiron; and his siblings, William Curtis Keaton of Elkfork, Kentucky, Lynn Booth of Franklin, Brenda Smith (Darrell) of Elkfork, Barbara Barker of Middletown, Tammy Eads of Archdale and Kathy Coffey (John) of Elkfork, Kentucky..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Crockett Community Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
