She is survived by: her husband Larry Gale Hammonds; her children, Cassondra (Dean Barker), Celsie (Wes Roney) and Cody Dean; her grandchildren, Tori Lynn Barker, Cade Lee Hammonds, Corbin Thane Roney and Tillie Mae Hammonds; her siblings, JoAnn (Tim Stevens), Pat Castle, DeAnna (Doug Manning), Angie (Scott Barker), Lilly Fyffe (James), Elvis (Linda Fyffe) and Andy (Stacy Hill); and her caregiver Jennifer Leach. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, a special friend.
