He was predeceased by: his daughter Cheyenna Rose. He is survived by: his daughters, Isabella Ann, Julianna Clare and Brianna Nicole; his parents, Marion Horn and Elaine Horn; his brother Starr Horn (Margaret); his niece Chloe; and his sister Sonya Taylor (Andrew). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.
