He is survived by: his mother Billie Wise Blair; his wife Cheryl Lynn Evans; his children, Samuel Trulock of Campbellsville, Tracy Rhein (Allen), Christopher Trulock (Sabrina Todaro) of Louisville and Tiffany Henderson (Josh) of Hodgenville; his grandchildren, Bradley, Brittany, Bryan Crew, Taylor Hornbach, Laidyn Long, Logan, Greyson, Anna, Hailey, Zachary, Samantha Trulock, Kyle, Jayce, Gwendalyn and Emilyn Henderson; his great grandchild Sophia Ann Lynn Kane; his stepfather Paul Merriam of Elk Horn; his siblings, Edward Merriam, Paul Merriam II and Helen Fann (George); and his daughter-in-law Charlotte Trulock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
