He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Lee Guthrie. He is survived by: his mother Lillie Fay Bragg Guthrie of Springdale; his wife Kaye Renata Kertz Guthrie of Elk Horn; his daughters, Tonie Lynn Adams (Rick) of Arkansas and Catrina Louise Guthrie of Arkansas; his sisters, Judy Lee Guthrie of Oklahoma and Neta Teague (Nolan) of Arkansas; and his close friends, Kit Davis, Tom Tungate and Jack Weston.
