Richard Chelf Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Chelf of Elk Horn, Kentucky, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Burk Chelf and Lennie Stayton Chelf; his spouse Shirley Burress; his granddaughter Stephanie Evans; and his siblings, Herbert Chelf, Ralph Chelf, Louise Sumner, Joyce Weil and Jeanette Chelf.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Chelf (Tiffany) of Elk Horn and Kathy Evans (Jerry) of Magnolia; and his grandchildren, Casey Chelf (Emily Brewer), Ashley Chelf Nelson (Joe), Zachary Chelf of Elk Horn and Stephen Evans (Kayla) of Magnolia. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
