She is survived by: her sons, Ron Skaggs (Monika) of Jeffersonville and William Anthony Skaggs of Elk Horn; her sister Lorene Keltner of Columbia; and her granddaughters, Holly Brockman, Lisa Stumler (Evan) and Anna Skaggs. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
