He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Haskel Wise; his granddaughter Hadleigh Jade Wise; and his brother Billy Ray Wise. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Streeval (Bradley) of Elk Horn, Matthew Keith Wise (Chloe Gupton) of Elk Horn and Jacob Wise (Morgan) of Columbia, One; his stepdaughter Hannah Jones (Weston) of Elk Horn; his grandchildren, Claire Wise of Columbia, Austin Fisher of Elk Horn and George Patrick Fisher (Theresa Atwood) of Elk Horn; and his siblings, Judy Forrest (James) of Elk Horn, Mary Cox (Greg Farmer) of Elk Horn, Harold Wise (Dianna) of Russell Springs and Jason Wise (Amanda) of Campbellsville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested expressions of sympathy may be in the form of donations to funeral expenses and may be made at the funeral home.
