He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Eastridge; and his siblings, Malcolm Eastridge, Coy Eastridge, Bradley Eastridge, Arthur Eastridge, Gustene Smith, Rosa Robison, Edith Carroll, Edna Christie, Bonnie Thompson, Perna Carroll, Jewell Humphress, Irene Gabehart and Christine Gabehart.
He is survived by: his spouse Wyeneth Humphress; his daughter Terry Eastridge; his grandchild Jonathan Eastridge; his stepgranddaughter Amanda Luckett of Campbellsville; his great grandchildren, Zoey Trimble and Sadie Trimble of Ashland; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Abby Brisko and Drew Cross of Campbellsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
