She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henry Myers and Nettie Grace Myers (Wilson); her husband Ray Alfred Johnson; her grandson Jeremy Perkins; her siblings, Felena Louise Myers (Bernice Cook), James Myers (George Simon Myers) and Nettie Cox (Arthur Sell Myers); and her son-in-law Samuel Robert Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Lee Johnson of Campbellsville, Dannie Dale Johnson of Elk Horn, Joyce Cox of Elk Horn and Kathy Perkins of Elk Horn; her grandchildren, Melissa Siekierke, Cheryl Finn, Michael Cox, Andrea Johnson, Chris Johnson, Andy Johnson and April Tucker; and her brother-in-law Dewey Johnson of Louisville. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
