He is survived by: his wife Laura Cox of Elk Horn; his son Nicky Cox (Amy) of Campbellsville, Two; his grandchildren, Kaley Cox and Briley Cox; his sister Geraldine Parrish of Campbellsville, Two; and his half-siblings, Michael, Terry and Linda Boren.
