Wilma Hazle Knott Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Hazle Knott of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, who passed away on October 1, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, James Rexford Blakeman and Louis Edward "Lou" Knott; her son Jeffrey Blakeman; her parents, Bob Hazle and Virgie Jaggers Hazle; and her siblings, Ruth Laha, Nina Cundiff and Bobby Hazle.
She is survived by: her sons, Freddie Blakeman of Radcliff and Phillip Blakeman of Buffalo; her stepson Byron Knott of Hardinsburg; her grandchildren, David Blakeman, Katie Barnes, Cody Blakeman, Hope Blakeman, Taylor Barney and Kennedy Chapman; her stepgrandchildren, Benjamin Knott, Megan Knott and Nicholas Knott; and her sister Norma Scruggs of Alabama. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
