He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Sullivan and Ermine Booker Sullivan; his wife Marlene Sullivan; and his siblings, Edward, Donald Gene Sullivan and Pansy Lucas.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Sullivan (Debbie) of Elizabethtown and Gail Perry (Bob) of Nutrioso, AZ; his grandchildren, Casey Sullivan (Amanda), Josh Shrader-Perry (Mollie) and T. J.; and his great grandchildren, Elijah and Nathaniel Sullivan.
Private funeral services will be held Sunday December 13, 2020, at 2 p. m. at Manakee Funeral Home of Elizabethtown will be private due to the Governor's mandate and pending steps to curtail the rising number of COVID-19 cases throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
