She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Polley and Stella Polley; her siblings, Edna Mae Polley, Patricia Ann Polley, Earl Polley and Chester Polley; and her stepsiblings, Linda Hornback, Lois Johnson and Ronnie Porter.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Philpot of Elizabethtown, Frances Polley of Elizabethtown, Goldie Hawkins of Meade County, Virginia Vaughn of Indianapolis and James Polley of Texas; and her stepsiblings, Phyllis Ward of Elizabethtown, Cathy Porter of Louisville and Paul Porter (Carolyn) of Campbellsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
