He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Obrochta of Elizabethtown; his children, Derek Obrochta of Lexington, KY and Shanon M. Brewer (William) of Radcliff, KY; his granddaughter Ava Brewer; and his sisters, Mary Jo Miller (Ron Samson), Joyce Geising (Keith) and Eileen Pericak (Chris).
