It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virgie Walters of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Walters; her parents, Leslie Druen and Maude Nunn Druen; her sisters, Delsie Druen, Goldie Burba, Bernice Parker, Marjorie Skaggs, Lillian Skaggs and Doris Ann Gardner; her son-in-law John L. Breeding; and her grandson Phillip Breeding.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Breeding; her grandchildren, Keith Breeding (Zina), Bonnie Bennett (John), Judy Duvall (Bobby), Patricia Russell, David Breeding and Debbie Painter (Dale); her great grandchild Kristen Ruhl (Jared); her great great grandchild Miles Ruhl; and her half-siblings, Wanda Goins and David Fulks. She is also survived by several step-great-grandchildren, special caregivers and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Severns Valley Baptist Church Building Fund, 1100 Ring Road, Elizabethtown, KY 42701.
