It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Wade of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, born in Wilson, Arkansas, who passed away on October 14, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Medlin and Mamie Medlin; her brothers, Richard and Robert; her son Larry; and her sisters, Emma Sue, Lula Mae, Frances, Nellie and Judy.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Gail Summers-Weaver (Larry) of Elizabethtown, KY, Terena Schneider (John) of Rosell, IL, Natalie Wade of Elizabethtown, KY and Joey Summers of Elizabethtown, KY; and her sister Betty Cline of Carpentersville, IL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
