He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Franklin; and his siblings, Jadie Frazier and Pamela Brewer. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Frazier (Riggs) of Elizabethtown; his children, Cindy Zirnheld (Bruce), Amanda Meredith (Christopher) and Roy "Bill" Frazier, Jr. (Robin); his son-in-law Darin Franklin; his brother Michael Frazier (Carol) of Campbellsburg; his grandchildren, Sara, Troy, Tai, Paul, Justin, Haley, Katie and Anna; and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Kaleb, Lincoln, Blake, William, Luke, Kaison, Reid and Rae. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
