She is survived by: her children, April Thompson of Campbellsville, KY, Donald Thompson Jr. of Campbellsville, KY and Franklin Thompson of Campbellsville, KY; and her siblings, Imoginia Smith Poole (Curtis) of Campbellsville, KY, Leticia Smith Sanders (Anthony) of Hopkinsville, KY and George Smith of Campbellsville, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
