She is survived by: her husband Jackie Perkins; her children, Johnnie "Buddy" (Jackie), William "Billy" Ford (Patty), Sharon Jackson (Jerry) and Della Fogle; her stepsons, Ricky (Donna), Donnie (Jeanette), David (Belinda) and James Perkins; and her sister Jeanette Whitaker (Aaron). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and thirty-one great-grandchildren.
