It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Short of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, who passed away on January 3, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Arvil Short; his sister Dorane Horner; his wife Edrya Short of Elizabethtown, KY; his children, Jessica Cooke (Jason) of San Francisco, CA, Jennifer Roederer (Corey) of Louisville, KY, Mark Gillingham (Tiffany) of Elizabethtown, KY and Cristina Lane (Anthony) of Elizabethtown, KY; his mother Rebecca Short of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Rob, Samantha, Nate, Caitlin, Addie, Wyla, Isaac and Cassie; and his siblings, Pam Schapiro of Elizabethtown, KY and Rick Short (Andrea) of North Carolina. He was also cherished by extended family & friends.
