She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Geneva Dailey Payton and Hayes Payton; her brothers, Robert Payton and Kenny Payton; her nephew Timothy Payton (Harold Sell); her granddaughter Kaylee Shyann Booker; her daughter Penny Kay O'Sullivan (Leland); her siblings, Donald Payton (Charlotte) and Karen Lynn Payton; her sister-in-law Shirley Payton; her nieces, Kimberly and Theresa; and her nephew Gregory.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Manakee Funeral Home are being accepted to help cover the costs of laying Rita to rest.
