He is survived by: his sons, Justin of Kentucky, Joshua of Kentucky and Jake of Kentucky; and his siblings, Alan (Stephanie) of Texas, Debbie (Scott) of Tennessee, Kandy (Mike) of Texas, Linda (Walt) of Kentucky, Sherry (Richard) of Kentucky, Emma (John) of Kentucky and Brenda (Earl) of Indiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
