It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Robert McCullum of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Francis and Mary Alma Smith McCullum; and his siblings, Michael, Roger McCullum and Anna M. Vittitow.

He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Sue Ryan, Joyce Elaine Bott, Larry F. McCullum and David Patrick McCullum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
