We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2021, at the age of 82, Pearl Aline Lewis of Elizabethtown, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Turner and Evelena Dye Turner; and her siblings, Gertrude Beams, Lawrence Turner, Herbert Turner and Bernice Wilson.

She is survived by: her husband Wesley LeRoy Lewis; and her nephew Dale Lewis (Jan). She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
