He is survived by: his wife Joyce Knight; his daughter Annette Smith (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kaela Smith and Amanda Smith; his brother Joseph Edward Knight (Ann); his sisters-in-law, Joan Knight and Liz Knight; and his niece Nicole Weaver.
