We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2020, at the age of 28, Naomi Diezman of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, born in Fort Knox, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Naomi Diezman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her mother Deborah Ann Diezman (Moss) of Elizabethtown. She is survived by: her father Russell L Diezman of East Liverpool, OH; her brothers, James L. Diezman of Elizabethtown and Sean R. Diezman of Elizabethtown; and her grandmothers, Nadyne Diezman and Beverly Moss. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Nikki's name to Jewish Hospital of Louisville.
