It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minnie McIntyre Simpson of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, born in Fountain Run, Kentucky, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Chism and Lillie Mae Chism (Perdue); and her spouse Willie Wayne McIntyre. She is survived by: her children, Karen Eadens (Robert) of Charlestown, IN, Chris McIntyre (Susan) of Bowling Green, KY and Donald McIntyre of Scottsville, KY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Minnie's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or The American Cancer Society.
